Dennis' Elk

Dennis got a nice elk this year. It was during the cold spell that we had. They rode on horses way up on the mountain to get this bull elk and he had left the camera in the pick-up. By the time they got it back to the truck it had ice and snow so stuck to the horns. We took some pictures of it when he got home. He is not as big as the one already on the wall, but he was old. He base is bigger than the one on the wall and the Game and Fish think he is over 20 years old. They sent in a tooth to be analyzed and we should find out how old he was. They figure that he used to be bigger and was on his downhill side since his teeth were so wore down.
