While Mom and Larry were here we took them up the Wood River. We went all the way to the end of the road to Kirwin Mines. There is old abanded buuildings. In 1870 it was started up. They had over 200 people in the town. It closed in 1907. We saw a moose when we got up in there to take pictures.

Swimming and Boating
We took the kids to the Rec Center to swim, and also went to the Reservoir boating, fishing, and tubing. Everyone had fun. Eligh, Jayden, and Syrus fished with their little fishing poles from the shore.

Yellowstone Opening Day
Dennis and I drove through Yellowstone on the opening day this year in May. There was quite a bit of snow on Sylvan pass. I took some pictures on the Fishing Bridge with the snow. At the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone had so much snow that you could not climb all of the stairs to get up there to see the top.

The grandkids are geting older and so are the kids. Jennifer turned 29 this year and Wayne turned 22 years old. Ryan played a trick on Jennifer and took all of the cash out of her safe at home for their payements and gave it to her in her birthday card. She was excited at first to see all of the money, and was mad when she found out that it was her money for bills. The grandkids have grown Saundra is 10 years old and will be in the 5th grade this year. Jayden will be 3 years old on August 29th. Syrus just turned 2 on April 13th.

The Carnival
The carnival came to town. Wayne and I took the boys. David, Jannica, and Saundra also went. Saundra has missed the carnival and fair for the last 4 years. She goes to Idaho to see her Mom and misses our fair and comes home before the fair in Idaho. She had a blast and rode one ride nine times in a row. Wayne watched since he does not like the rides and I took pictures.

In May, Jennifer, Jayden and I went to Idaho to visit Aunt Sherry. We had a good time. Jayden got to feed the Geese and ducks. He did like it. We got to see all of the baby geese. On the way to Sherry's we saw one of the biggest grizzly bears before we got into Yellowstone Park. He has huge claws. Jayden liked the elk crossing the water.
